Fish arrived alive and well and fast. The waybill was stuck over the words saying “don’t leave in the heat” but the courier didn’t cook them. 😀

Bads things to said (Not bad things actually, only hope situation will be better & your company will grow even bigger)
1) Fish die affect other fish (Your packaging pack many fish in one plastic, if one fish die spoil the water and make other fish die) (But because the fish you sell cheap so customer do not complain even fish die like my case, when I open one plastic with a single fish die and 3 other guppy started to become dizzy and I smell rotting flesh when I open the plastic air bags and water turn to yellow).
2) Hope fish could be more variety and better grade available to sell in the future especially for guppy & betta. (Because nowaday different from previous generation, people value competition grade fish rather than ordinary general fish) More Expensive fish people will buy rather than cheap fish. Hope Grade A and Grade S fish available for sell. For example betta (Solid Colour Red one pairs RM 100 same go for yellow, Orange & Platinum for HM, HMPK & Crowntail, Bi-Color, Fancy) & Guppy also the same (Your Skyblue, Albino Red the kind of categories and specialization already make customer want to buy) (And also try to get your stock available in all time, customer will disappointed if no stock available) (More specialize in your sell, you can markup more money for your single fish, and customer also happy buying good grade fish from you) Very hope that you have good betta for sell (Thailand Competition Grade) in the future. You can breed these betta yourself and sell.
